Ladies and gentlemen, I’d like to introduce you to my latest work – Personal Branding Photography Maidstone.

Once again It’s that time of year when many of us realise they are a little cuddlier than they would ideally like to be and thoughts turn to gym membership. Did you know that in January every year Google searches for gyms peak massively? This is in response to New Year’s resolutions to get fit!

I have been a member at some very exclusive (and expensive gyms) but not for quite a long while. There are lots of reasons why I am now not a gym member (which I won’t bore you with!) but working with a personal trainer really worked for me.
