Sutton Valence Photographer Family Shoot

With Christmas looming and temperatures hovering only just above freezing, it doesn’t quite seem possible that this Sutton Valence Photographer Family shoot was captured just a few brief months ago!

Autumn is my favourite season of the year for lots of reasons. Don’t get me wrong, I love long hot summer days and spring and winter have their good points, but if I had to choose. it would be autumn every time. The light is so beautiful and the backdrop of yellow and golds can be absolutely stunning – a family photographer’s dream!

I really enjoy photographing families in and around their homes and so I was delighted when Sam and Steve asked me to their Sutton Valence home to do just that. I travel all over the South East photographing families (which I really enjoy) but it’s always a big plus when someone living in my village commissions me to photograph their family.

Like a lot of properties in Sutton Valence, Sam and Steve’s place has amazing views over the Weald of Kent which is a breathtaking backdrop for family portraits. We had such a good time and laughed a lot, which is really evident in the pictures I have chosen. Here’s my favourite images from the shoot – enjoy!
